How it is calculated
Example
Example: a 12.99 pack of 24 costs about 0.5413 per item. An 8.50 pack of 15 costs about 0.5667 per item, so Product A is roughly 4.69% cheaper per unit.
Important notes
Compare like with like: do not compare 500 g directly with 1 liter without an appropriate conversion, and do not assume lower unit cost means higher quality. Enter the actual final price if a discount or fee should be included. The calculator is currency-neutral.
