How to use
- Enter Revision hours.
- Enter Hourly rate.
- Calculate, then review the period, scope and assumptions before using the result for pricing or planning.
How it is calculated
Revision cost = revision hours × hourly rate
Example
Twelve revision hours at 100 per hour represent an arithmetic time cost of 1,200 that can be compared with the project fee or revision allowance.
Important notes
Separate revisions caused by internal error from client-requested changes; both consume time but have different causes and commercial treatment.
Worked examples and interpreting results

| Revision hours | 12 | 12 |
Frequently asked questions
Is every revision hour billable?
No. It depends on the cause, contract scope and agreed number of revision rounds.
Is the result a mandatory client price?
No. It is a planning result from your inputs; final pricing depends on scope, market, contract, taxes and risk.
Should I use monthly or annual figures?
Keep all inputs on the same period so annual income is not mixed with monthly hours or expenses.
