How to use

  1. Enter New clients.
  2. Enter Leads.
  3. Calculate, then review the period, scope and assumptions before using the result for pricing or planning.

How it is calculated

Conversion rate = new clients ÷ leads × 100

Example

Converting 10 clients from 50 leads means a 20% conversion rate and 40 leads not converted during the period.

Important notes

Use a consistent lead definition; mixing low-intent inquiries with qualified referrals makes channel and period comparisons less meaningful.

Frequently asked questions

Should conversion be measured by lead month or sale month?

Use a consistent method; lead-cohort analysis can be more accurate when the sales cycle spans multiple months.

Is the result a mandatory client price?

No. It is a planning result from your inputs; final pricing depends on scope, market, contract, taxes and risk.

Should I use monthly or annual figures?

Keep all inputs on the same period so annual income is not mixed with monthly hours or expenses.
